Filling Tips:

After filled eliquid, please put the device on table vertically for 3 minutes before you vape it, let the cotton have enough time to absorb the eliquid, otherwise you will feel a little burning taste.

Please fill in from both side, little by little, if you just have one syringe, make sure you fill the same capacity to both side, so the cotton can absorb eliquid evenly, the taste will comes best.

1, Flavors: you can choose flavors from our flavor list, or you can customized any flavors you want, we work with top ejuice manufacturer in China with full certificates, we don't stock ejuice, we source from them after you confirmed order to make sure the flavor is pure, even everyone knows that bulk sourcing will be much cheaper and save cost.

3, There will have some quality issue you may encounter, like the airflow got blocked...the main reason is we fill ejuice first then assembly the tube, so we can see the transparent oil tube very clearly and know to adjust the position every components, BUT if fill in your place, means the battery components already in the tube, so u can't see the whole pic of inside when you filling...we will help you to solve those issue and make fast on production

4.1) 5 layers corrugated box, more strong to protect your goods during transportation
Tips: 
1, For some countries in wet areas, goods will be packed with PE bag before we put it into cartons to make sure goods will be not damp even cartons will be damage during transportation;
Or we pack outer carton with heat shrink flim
For shipping:
1, Every carton will be pasted with at least 2 upside labels make sure all goods will not upside down during transportation
2, For big quantity order, we offer free pallet shipping with goods, so when goods arrived, you can unload goods very easy to save time and labor


Q: Do you have TPD? (for Europe market)

1) Some of our models already have TPD testing report, but TPD requires on each flavor for each vape pod for each brand, 99% of our orders are OEM customer's brand, all of them have different requires on oem brand package, flavor, nicotine...so it's meaningless for us to register TPD before they order;
2) after order confirmed, we will help u to apply TPD in China in or your country.
